Please plan to arrive at least twenty minutes prior to your treatment time. Robe, sandals and a locker will be provided for most services upon check-in. We encourage you to conclude your services with a visit to our eucalyptus steam room, private showers and dressing area.
Appointments are necessary for all spa services but drop-ins are welcome as the schedule permits. All spa services are available at member and non-member pricing. Credit card guarantee for all non-members is required.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least four hours in advance. One half of the treatment price will be charged for cancellations and/or changes made within four hours of the appointment time. No-shows are charged in full.
Please note that a late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. Your service will end at the scheduled time so the next guest is not delayed and the full treatment price will be charged.
The gym at Mecca is available to all spa guests for an additional fifteen dollars- ten dollars less than the standard guest fee.
Tipping for exceptional service is always appreciated and can be handled at the front desk upon checkout. Most tips range 15 – 20% of the treatment price.
Please let us know in advance of any special conditions we need to be aware of such as pregnancy, heart conditions, etc. This will allow us to recommend treatments that accommodate your needs.
The spa is designed for adult guests. Children under sixteen are not permitted.
The spa is a technology free zone. Cellular phones, PDAs, etc. are not permitted in the spa. All guests are to leave such items in the day lockers that we provide.
