Classes cancelled within 4 hours of start time will be charged 1/2 the price of a class ($12.50). No-shows are charged the full price of $25.

The mat work consists of a series of non impact yet challenging movements which increase strength and flexibility and improve alignment, balance, coordination and tone. The class is designed to meet the needs of both the novice and the advanced exerciser but it is recommended that new participants schedule a private session before attending this class.
This yoga-inspired body-shaping class employs functional compound exercises to target all major muscle groups. Isolation exercises are also included for the smaller supporting and stabilizing muscles important for muscular balance, body alignment, and posture. Although body weight exercises and yoga flow sequences are the foundation for this class, light dumbbells may also be introduced for variety. And with the emphasis on strength, flexibility, and joint and spine mobility, this workout is the perfect compliment to your cardio routine. 
.... in just one hour. This class is a one stop shop for your daily dose of sweat. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement; this workout feels like you’re working one-on-one with a private trainer. Think lifting weights mixed with body weight and cardio intervals to get your heart rate up and keep it there. Easily modifiable and appropriate for all levels.
This fast paced authentic Pilates Mat class is appropriate for experienced Pilates students. The exercises are basic and intermediate depending on the group, however you will be challenged to perform them with perfect form. The class is quick, and participants should be familiar with the Authentic Pilates order and transitions and be ready to sweat.
This high energy cycle class is infused with short segments of functional core strength work, off the bike. And although the legs stop spinning during the 4-6 minute ab sets, the sweat keeps pouring and the heart keeps pounding making this the ultimate cardio combo. *Space is limited and online or phone RSVP is suggested. Cycle shoes are recommended but not required.
This music driven cycling class brings rhythm to your ride. Part dance party on the bike, part sweat fest, you'll forget how hard you're working as you pedal, push, and pace to the music. *Space is limited and online or phone RSVP is suggested. Cycle shoes are recommended but not required.

Challenge your entire body with this innovative HIIT circuit class that tests your strength, endurance, core and more. Break out of linear workouts and learn how to move weight in all directions for a full 360 degrees of loaded movement. Push your performance in 3D — the way your body was meant to move.

Yoga Barre is an energetic fun yoga and barre hybrid workout. This class is designed to improve balance, strength, and over-all flexibility. Sun salutations, challenging core exercises, and upper and lower body sequences, moving from the mat to the barre, will chisel, sculpt and tone your body.
iGnite's City Circuit class combines a variety of old-school calisthenics and cardio HIIT exercises with strength training using weights, resistance bands, and medicine balls. This outdoor class moves from Mecca's balcony overlooking the West Austin hills, to the Clarksville neighborhood overlooking West 6th street, to the Whole Foods Market mezzanine for a view of atx's skyline.  
A short 5 minute power walk from Mecca to the hike and bike trail around Lady Bird Lake serves as the warm-up for this workout. Once on the trail, you’ll be led through a 2-3 mile interval walk/jog/run around the lake, with frequent stops for full-body HIIT intervals at scenic spots including the Pfluger Bridge and Auditorium Shores. Enjoy the sunrise over our city's crown jewel, Lady Bird Lake, while getting your endorphin fix, and kick-off your day and your week with this invigorating fusion class. The class concludes back at Mecca with a cool-down stretch.
