New participants, please complete our online waiver prior to your first class. 
Classes cancelled within 4 hours of start time will be charged 1/2 the price of a class ($12.50). No-shows are charged the full price of $25.

50 minutes of high intensity riding for a total body workout with good, loud music. Our limited seating classes allow for personalized instruction and focused training. 
 
Pedals can be used with or without clip-in shoes. 
This is one stop shopping for a complete workout.
Think lifting weights mixed with body weight and cardio intervals to get your heart rate up and keep it there. Easily modifiable and appropriate for all levels.
The mat work consists of a series of non impact yet challenging movements which increase strength and flexibility and improve alignment, balance, coordination and tone. The class is designed to meet the needs of both the novice and the advanced exerciser but it is recommended that new participants schedule a private session before attending this class.
This fast paced authentic Pilates Mat class is appropriate for experienced Pilates students. The exercises are basic and intermediate depending on the group, however you will be challenged to perform them with perfect form. The class is quick, and participants should be familiar with the Authentic Pilates order and transitions and be ready to sweat.
This all-level class focuses on stretch, form and movement. It's the perfect addition to any fitness routine and it's concentration on functional movement is beneficial to all other activities.
