Try this equipment-free Full Body Blast Circuit created by Mecca Gym personal trainer Zach Sullivan the next time you head outside for a fast-paced, high intensity workout that will keep your heart pumping and your body energized.
Complete 5 sets of these exercises:
Push-ups (up to 10): do these on your feet if you can, or on your knees if needed
Reverse lunge with a knee kick (10 each leg)
Plank: hold for as long as you can up to 1 minute
Sprint: up to 12 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest
