FITNESS FLASH: Equipment-Free, Full-Body Blast Circuit Workout

Given the beautiful fall weather, it's the perfect time to take your workout outside. Try this equipment-free Full Body Blast Circuit created by Mecca Gym personal trainer Zach Sullivan the next time you head outside for a fast-paced, high intensity workout that will keep your heart pumping and your body energized.

Complete 5 sets of these exercises:

  1. Push-ups (up to 10): do these on your feet if you can, or on your knees if needed

  2. Reverse lunge with a knee kick (10 each leg)

  3. Plank: hold for as long as you can up to 1 minute

  4. Sprint: up to 12 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest
