MOTIVATION MONDAY

Sometimes motivation to get up and go can come from the simplest places.  One of the things that still makes us giddy is having something new to use or wear.  So this month we will pull motivation from the wonderful world of shopping (for new gym gear) and if you happen to pick up a new outfit along the way – we won’t tell.
 
Weight Gloves – so not everyone uses them but they do offer a few benefits to your training.  Weight lifting gloves improve your grip on weights. Hands get sweaty during a workout. When they do, your hands can slip. Weight lifting gloves make workouts safer.  Also, lifting weights over long periods of time results in calluses and blisters on the hands - a tiny blister can prevent a weight lifter from using their hands that day. Weight lifting gloves will help prevent blisters.
