Don’t let a fit of hunger throw you off course.  Be prepared with foods that will fill you and won’t undo the hard work you put in at the gym.  Try this 100 calorie snack between meals…

 Jicama & Honey Mustard Dip – This isn’t chips & queso but it will calm your “hangry” until dinner.  Pick up 1 jicama at the store.  Take it home to wash, peel and slice it – you can serve yourself a portion no larger than 1 ½ cups.  For the dip, mix 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of mustard and 1 teaspoon of honey.  Once again, you are managing your calorie intake and the jicama is boosting your fiber!
