Red Peppers & Goat Cheese – Okay, this one is pretty basic. No bells & whistles or smoke & mirrors simply a medium red bell pepper, sliced and enjoyed with a 2 tablespoon serving of soft goat cheese. Not only are you keeping the calories down but also the fat content by choosing goat cheese.
