Amos' Foodie Friday (because no one is as obsessed with food as Amos) As much as I enjoy eating (just ask my mom) I’m always on the look-out for foods that give me more bang for my buck and keep me in swimsuit shape. This month the CDCP (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) released their list of Powerhouse Fruits and Vegetables (PFV), foods most strongly associated with reduced chronic disease risk, based on their nutrient density.
