Grace & Grit - Yoga Fusion


This class is taught by:
Grace & Grit is an intelligent way to train and increase your metabolic potential. You will move through 360 degrees of motion shifting using your bodyweight with good form and grace. All movements are invitational with modifications to truly start where you are today. Strength, stabilization and agility training, in combination with proprioceptive balance work, will teach the body to sense itself in space. Transformation and mind-body connection are inherent with consistent practice in this class.
