Fitness Flow


This yoga-inspired body-shaping class employs functional compound exercises to target all major muscle groups. Isolation exercises are also included for the smaller supporting and stabilizing muscles important for muscular balance, body alignment, and posture. Although body weight exercises and yoga flow sequences are the foundation for this class, light dumbbells may also be introduced for variety. And with the emphasis on strength, flexibility, and joint and spine mobility, this workout is the perfect compliment to your cardio routine.
