And the combination of Pilates with the high tempo, challenging, yet low-impact cardio exercise in this class will leave every muscle in your body feeling "good tired."
Please note: Athletic shoes should be worn for this class. The movements included in the cardio segments are low impact but a supportive shoe is recommended. Also part or all of this class may be held outside on our balcony just off the classes studio.
