This class is taught by:
.... in just one hour. This class is a one stop shop for your daily dose of sweat. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement; this workout feels like you’re working one-on-one with a private trainer. Think lifting weights mixed with body weight and cardio intervals to get your heart rate up and keep it there. Easily modifiable and appropriate for all levels.
